The S1D13700F02A100 is a graphics LCD controller designed to display text and graphics on passive matrix LCD panels. It integrates a 32 KB SRAM display buffer, communicates via an 8-bit data bus, and supports 4-bit monochrome passive matrix LCDs. The controller provides gray shade support for 1, 2, or 4 bits per pixel, enabling resolutions such as 640x240@1bpp or 240x160@4bpp. It features an embedded CGROM with 60 5x7 pixel characters and allows for up to three overlapping screens for advanced user interfaces. With its low power consumption and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, this controller is well-suited for a variety of embedded display applications.
