The S1D13A05B00B200 is a versatile QVGA LCD controller featuring an integrated graphics engine and an embedded 256KB SRAM display buffer. It supports both TFT and passive panel types with color depths up to 16 bits-per-pixel and typical resolutions like 320x240. Key features include a 2D BitBLT engine for graphics acceleration, Picture-in-Picture overlay, and SwivelView™ for hardware-based image rotation of 90°, 180°, or 270°.
