DESCRIPTION
XG4C is a modular power supply chassis from Advanced Energy's UltiMod series, designed to accommodate up to four interchangeable powerMod modules with a combined maximum output of 600 W. The chassis features universal AC input (85–264 VAC, 47–440 Hz) and supports DC input from 120–380 VDC, with efficiency up to 91% at 230 VAC. It incorporates medical-grade safety features including 4 kV input-to-output isolation, 2 MOPP protection, and leakage current below 300 µA (or 150 µA with optional low-leakage configuration). The UX4 chassis operates across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +70°C, offers user and field-configurable output options, and maintains low acoustic noise at 39.8 dBA. Applications include medical diagnostic equipment, industrial test and measurement systems, telecommunications infrastructure, and clinical imaging devices where modular flexibility, reliability, and compliance with medical standards are essential.
