DESCRIPTION
38M6020AA1212 is a flexible ferrite sheet designed for electromagnetic noise suppression and signal optimization in wireless applications. The product features a 0.2 mm thick NiZn ferrite plate with a material permeability of 220, bonded with 0.01 mm PET film on one side and 0.02 mm adhesive tape on the opposite side, resulting in a total thickness of 0.23 mm. The sheet is scored in a 2 mm × 2 mm rectangular grid and measures 120 × 120 mm, allowing for flexible bending without compromising electromagnetic performance. This configuration provides high surface resistivity and functions as both a suppressor at lower frequencies and an absorber at higher frequencies, with effectiveness proportional to the resistive component of material permeability (µ"). The product is ideal for improving RFID/NFC antenna performance in mobile devices, suppressing radiated noise on PCBs and ICs up to the GHz band, enhancing wireless charging systems, and shielding antennas from reflections and eddy currents induced by metal surfaces.
