DESCRIPTION
The 4077375211 is a solid ferrite rod manufactured from 77 material grade by Fair-Rite Products, designed for high-energy storage designs and inductive components requiring temperature stability or large DC bias accommodation. The rod features a diameter of 9.45 mm (±0.20 mm) and a length of 50.8 mm (±1.00 mm), with a maximum chamfer of 0.6 mm on the end faces and a weight of 17 grams. The 77 material grade provides excellent temperature stability, with typical inductance change of less than 1% over the -40°C to +120°C temperature range, making it ideal for wound rod inductors with improved performance across varying environmental conditions. This rod is commonly used in frequency-tuned antenna and RFID applications, as well as in inductive components where temperature compensation and DC bias handling are critical design requirements.
