DGH supercaps provide engineers with appealing new design options. With their massive energy storage, theyhave the ability to provide immediate burstsof power to smooth power interruptions, supplement batteries, or even be used in place of batteries in certain applications.

  • Standard values from 0.5 F to 600 F
  • Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C
  • Low ESR
  • Operating life is rated at 10 years with 500,000 cycles
  • Performance does not degrade with each cycle
  • Voltage ratings 2.7 WVdc to 5.5 WVdc
