DESCRIPTION
CM1644-SGR1 is a 16x4 LCD character display module designed for embedded systems and user interface applications. It features a COB (Chip-on-Board) construction with metal frame, 5x7 dot matrix characters with cursor capability, and a built-in KS0066 controller for simplified integration. The module operates on a single +5V power supply (with optional +3V variant) and supports 1/16 duty cycle operation, with selectable LED or EL backlight options via pins 15/16.
