DESCRIPTION

The FLUKE-87V-MAX/E2-KIT is a True-rms digital multimeter designed for reliable operation in extreme environments and demanding field conditions. It features an IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating, withstands 4-meter drops, and operates across an extended temperature range of -40°C to +55°C, making it suitable for harsh industrial settings. The meter measures DC/AC voltage up to 1000 V, DC/AC current up to 10 A (20 A for 30 seconds), resistance up to 50 MO, frequency to 199.99 kHz, temperature from -200°C to +1090°C via thermocouple, and capacitance from 0.01 nF to 9999 µF. It includes advanced features such as True-rms measurement for accurate readings on non-linear signals, Min/Max/Average recording with 250 µs peak transient capture, a low-pass filter for VFD measurements, and a high-resolution 19,999-count display mode with dual-level bright white backlight. The meter provides 800 hours of battery life using three AA batteries and is rated CAT IV 600 V / CAT III 1000 V for safety.
