DESCRIPTION
The GV141BAX is a 400+ amp 100 VDC contactor from the GV14 Series designed for demanding power switching applications. It features a hermetically sealed design meeting UL1604, IP67, SAE J1171, and ISO8846 standards for use in hazardous locations and corrosive environments. The contactor offers multiple mounting options (upright, side, or PCB mount), built-in coil suppression for all DC coils, and stainless steel hardware with brass mounting inserts for corrosion-free service. Key electrical characteristics include a rated voltage of 100 VDC, contact resistance of 0.3 mohms typical (0.4 mohms maximum), mechanical life of 1,000,000 cycles, and insulation resistance of 100 Mohms. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +85°C and exceeds IP67 and IP69K environmental sealing standards. This contactor is ideal for marine, automotive, renewable energy, and industrial applications requiring reliable high-current switching in harsh or hazardous environments.
