DESCRIPTION
The GV141CAC is a 400+ amp 100 VDC contactor designed for demanding power switching applications requiring high reliability and environmental protection. It features a hermetically sealed design meeting UL1604 for hazardous locations, IP67 for temporary water immersion, and SAE J1171 for external ignition protection, with built-in coil suppression for all DC coils eliminating the need for external components. The contactor offers a main contact arrangement of SPST-NO with optional auxiliary contacts (SPST-NO or SPST-NC), achieving 1,000,000 mechanical life cycles with maximum contact resistance of 0.4 mO and 100 MO insulation resistance. Operating over a temperature range of -55°C to +85°C with stainless steel hardware and brass mounting inserts for corrosion resistance, the GV141CAC is ideal for marine, renewable energy, and industrial applications where durability and environmental sealing are critical requirements.
