DESCRIPTION
The 38BT-0-V-3-S is a sealed subminiature SPST momentary contact pushbutton switch designed for printed circuit board mounting in a vertical orientation. This switch features an internal o-ring seal for environmental protection and gold-plated contacts and terminals for superior corrosion resistance and reliability. Key electrical specifications include a maximum contact rating of 1.0 Amp at 120 Vac or 28 Vdc, contact resistance below 20 milliohms at typical initial conditions, insulation resistance of 1000 megaohms minimum, and voltage breakdown of 1000 Vrms minimum. The switch operates reliably across a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and is constructed with thermoplastic housing (UL 94V-0), plated music wire spring, and copper alloy contacts.
