DESCRIPTION
The 1554K2GYSL is a polycarbonate enclosure featuring a smoke polycarbonate lid, designed for housing and protecting electronic equipment. The enclosure measures 160 mm × 90 mm × 77 mm (6.30" × 3.54" × 3.03") externally, with an internal cavity of 152.13 mm length × 82.13 mm width × 84.50 mm height, providing ample space for component mounting and assembly. The unit is UL 508 approved with UL94 5VA rating at 3 mm thickness and includes four M4 stainless steel cover screws, M3 brass inserts for internal mounting, and a preformed silicone gasket for environmental sealing. The enclosure features four Ø4.00 mm mounting holes and accepts #6 self-tapping screws, with a recommended cover screw torque of 2.5 lbf-in (30 cN-m). This configuration is ideal for industrial control panels, instrumentation, and equipment requiring durable polycarbonate construction with optical visibility through the smoke lid.
