DESCRIPTION
The 1554PB6B is a polycarbonate electrical enclosure designed for industrial control and protection of electrical components. It features a UL 508A approved polycarbonate construction (UL94 - 5VA @ 3mm) with a steel inner panel option for enhanced durability and component mounting. The enclosure includes a box, lid, 6 cover screws, and a preformed silicone gasket as part of the purchased assembly. The lid accepts 30.5 mm push buttons for operator interface integration. With external dimensions of 240 mm × 160 mm × 120 mm and internal box dimensions of 227 mm × 215.08 mm × 100.83 mm, this enclosure provides adequate space for control circuits and wiring. The unit is rated for NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, and 6F applications, making it suitable for harsh environments, outdoor installations, and washdown areas where protection from dust, moisture, and corrosive elements is required.
