DESCRIPTION
The G125-FC11605L0-0150L is an M300 Series 3.00mm pitch power connector designed for board-to-board, cable-to-board, and cable-to-cable configurations in industrial and power distribution applications. It is rated for a maximum current of 5A with 2AWG wire at a 30°C temperature rise, with a contact resistance of 6mO maximum and an insulation resistance of 100mO minimum at 100V DC. The connector features a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1800V minimum DC or AC peak at sea level (Condition I) and 450V minimum at high altitude (Condition IV), with corresponding working voltages of 600V and 150V respectively. It operates across a temperature range of -65°C to +175°C, withstands vibration up to 10Hz–500Hz at 1.52mm displacement (10G), and is rated for shock and bump testing per EIA-364-27B standards. This connector is ideal for demanding applications requiring reliable power transmission in harsh environmental conditions with high dielectric strength and thermal stability.
