DESCRIPTION
The M80-5403442 is a male horizontal PC tail connector from the Datamate J-Tek series, designed for reliable board-level interconnection with polarised mouldings and fully shrouded contacts to ensure proper mating and prevent cross-connection. This connector features a choice of PC tail lengths and includes board mount provisions with PCB strain relief via two bolts per connector, making it suitable for applications requiring mechanical stability and protection against vibration. The connector is available with or without jackscrews and mates exclusively with female Datamate J-Tek connectors featuring compatible jackscrews. With a gold or gold-plus-tin finish option and support for multiple contact configurations, this connector is ideal for industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and other applications demanding secure, polarised connections with enhanced contact protection.
