DESCRIPTION

101MG7-BP MG Series Magnet from Honeywell is available in various sizes, shapes, and packaging options to suit different requirements. This Switch Magnet offers good, stable operations over a wide temperature range from -40 °C to 300 °C. The MG Series Magnets from Honeywell are designed to be used as actuators for Hall-effect and magneto resistive sensor ICs that have unipolar or omnipolar magnetic characteristics.

Some of the industrial and medical applications of these magnetic reed switches are door or lid closure detection in appliances and electronically controlled containers, simple speed and RPM sensing in fitness and industrial equipment, position sensor in hospital beds and medical equipment and medication bin monitor on portable drug carts, among others. Magnets from MG Series are available in various compact configurations, strengths, and magnetic materials.
