DESCRIPTION

The 2455RBV01170947 is an overmolded automatic reset thermostat designed for temperature control and protection. It utilizes a temperature-sensitive bimetal disc, electrically and thermally isolated from the switch, to actuate its normally closed contacts. This SPST thermostat operates on voltages from 120 Vac to 250 Vac and is rated for an operating temperature range of 0 Â°C to 105 Â°C. The entire switch is enclosed in a phenolic or ceramic housing and encapsulated in epoxy for durability. Due to its robust construction and UL/CSA approvals, it is suitable for applications in automotive, industrial equipment, and HVAC systems.
