DESCRIPTION

Snap Action Switches, also known as micro switches, are switch devices that are used to open or close an electrical circuit at a rapid speed. These highly sensitive switches are very often used in semi-trailer trucks, irrigation systems, office equipment, timing devices, medical and dental equipment, test instruments, manually operated devices, HVAC systems, and valves, among others.

BZ-2RDS5551-A2 Snap Action Switch from Honeywell is a standard basic micro switch. This Honeywell Snap Action Switch offers low operating force and sensitive differential travel to suit the actuator type. It delivers long mechanical life that is up to 20,000,000 cycles at a 95% survival rate. The current rating of this Plunger Micro Switch ranges from 15 A to 25 A.
