DESCRIPTION
The CLSXE4A-1 is a maintained, explosion-proof cable pull limit switch designed for emergency stop applications in hazardous locations. This model features 1NO-1NC direct acting contacts, a 3/4 NTP conduit tap, and a head assembled with the actuator to the left. It has an AC-15 rating of 3A at 240V and a DC-13 rating of 0.27A at 250V. Constructed with a zinc die-cast housing, the switch is sealed to NEMA 1, 3, 4, 7, 9, and 13 standards and operates in temperatures from -1°C to 70°C. Common applications include mining conveyors, petroleum plants, and chemical plants where robust safety controls are required.
