DESCRIPTION
The FSAGPDXX005LCSB5 is a piezoresistive-based force sensor designed to measure compression force up to a full-scale range of 5 pounds. It is fully calibrated and temperature compensated, operating on a 5 Vdc supply and providing a digital output via an SPI interface with a 5% to 95% transfer function. This model features a plunger contact element, gel coupling for repeatable performance, and includes diagnostic functions to detect internal sensor shorts or opens.
