DESCRIPTION
The RTY120LVNAA is a Hall-effect rotary position sensor from the RTY series, designed for non-contact sensing in harsh environments. This low-voltage model operates on a 5 Vdc supply and provides a 120° (±60°) sensing angle. It is configured with an integral shaft and lever, a North American pinout style, and provides a standard ratiometric output from 0.5 Vdc to 4.5 Vdc. The sensor is sealed in a rugged, IP69K-qualified package for durability against heavy transportation fluids and shock. Common applications include position and movement detection for pedals, throttles, gear shifts, and steering linkages in trucks, buses, and industrial or agricultural vehicles.
