DESCRIPTION
A pressure sensor is an electromechanical pressure-sensing device which detects the pressure applied and converts it into an electrical signal. Board Mount Pressure Sensors are designed for various industrial and mechanical applications that perform according to the changing pressure. The SDX series sensors provide a very cost-effective solution for pressure applications that require small size plus performance and are therefore used in a variety of applications such as medical equipment, computer peripherals, pneumatic controls, and HVAC.
The SDX15D4 High Temperature Pressure Transducer features an integrated circuit (IC) sensor element and laser trimmed thick film ceramic housed in a compact solvent resistant case. This Honeywell sensor is a small size, low cost DIP, low noise sensor with high impedance for low power applications.
