DESCRIPTION

Snap Action Switches, also known as micro switches, are electromechanical switch devices that are used to open or close an electrical circuit at a rapid speed. These highly sensitive switches are very often used in pressure switches, gaming equipment, valves, manually operated devices, HVAC systems, communications equipment, test instruments, timing devices, vending machines, and appliances.

V7-1C17D8-048 Snap Action Switch from Honeywell is a miniature-type, basic micro switch. This Honeywell Snap Action Switch features silver contact material and quick connect termination option. It has an operating temperature range between -40 °C to 82 °C [-40 °F to 180 °F]. This Honeywell Switch delivers maximum operating force, making it ideal for higher cost-of-failure applications.
