DESCRIPTION
The PCS-E20LA is a vertical type EMI-filtered die-cast material backshell designed for 1.27 mm pitch connectors with 20 contacts, specifically engineered for standard cable applications. This backshell features a robust interface structure with quick locking via metal latch and is compatible with PCS-E series IDC type or soldering type female connectors for cable, as well as PCS-XE series IDC type male connectors for cable. The connector accommodates cables with an outside diameter of approximately ø5.5 mm and includes components such as Cover A, Cover B, latch, cable clamp, and Phillips head screws for secure assembly. The EMI-filtered design meets FCC and other standards, making it suitable for downsized electronic equipment requiring high-density interface connections. Common applications include office automation equipment and other compact electronic systems where reliable shielded connections and space efficiency are critical.
