The HBL2416 is a twist-lock flanged receptacle connector body designed for industrial power distribution applications requiring secure, polarized connections. It is rated for 20A at 125/250V AC with a 3-pole, 4-wire grounding configuration (NEMA L14-20R) and accommodates #12 AWG wire terminals. The device features a white nylon body with clear polycarbonate terminal retainers, brass contact springs, and nickel-plated steel terminal clamps, providing robust mechanical and electrical performance. It maintains a maximum 30°C temperature rise at full rated current after 50 cycles of 150% overload and operates continuously from -40°C to +75°C with a 2000V minimum dielectric withstand voltage.
