DESCRIPTION
The ISP1807-LR-JT is an ultra-small, long-range low energy module designed for wireless connectivity applications. Based on the Nordic Semiconductor nRF52840 SoC, it integrates a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F CPU, 1 MB of Flash, and 256 kB of SRAM. The module operates on a supply voltage from 1.7V to 3.6V and features a fully integrated RF matching circuit and antenna, providing a maximum output power of +8.5 dBm and a receiver sensitivity of -103 dBm in long-range mode. With its rich set of peripherals including 46 GPIOs, USB, and SPI, all within a compact 8x8x1 mm package, it is an ideal solution for advanced wearables, industrial IoT sensors, and smart home controllers.
