DESCRIPTION
002730-0022 is a circular connector from the ITT VEAM CIR Series featuring bayonet coupling for secure connections in demanding environments. The connector is manufactured with an aluminum alloy shell with optional materials including stainless steel, bronze, and plastic composite, and various finish options such as Hard Black Anodize, Electroless Nickel, and Cadmium-olive drab. The insert material is polychloroprene (Neoprene) with options for silicone, fluorocarbon (Viton), and flame retardant rubber, while contacts are made from copper alloy or thermocouple alloys with silver, gold, or rhodium plating. Produced in accordance with NATO Standard VG95234 based on MIL-DTL-5015 for physical size, layout, and environmental requirements, these connectors are available with cadmium-free and lead-free materials. The CIR Series is ideal for aerospace, transportation, and industrial applications requiring reliable interconnect solutions in harsh environments.
