DESCRIPTION
096522-1238 is a Micro-D PCB connector from the MDM-PCB series, designed for use with flex circuitry, flat cable, and printed circuit boards. The connector features a metal shell construction with Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulator material and 0.050" contact spacing for high-density interconnections. It offers dielectric withstanding voltage of 600 VAC at sea level, insulation resistance of 5,000 megohms minimum, and contact resistance of 8 milliohms maximum at 3 amps. The connector is rated for thermal shock from -55°C to +125°C and withstands vibration up to 20 G's. Available termination options include straight (BS), right angle (BR), and narrow profile right angle (CBR) configurations, making it suitable for board-to-board, board-to-cable, and cable-to-cable applications requiring high reliability.
