DESCRIPTION

The 121583-0205 is a 7-way flange receptacle connector designated APD-1AP7-EP, designed for high-power interconnect applications conforming to ISO 15170 standards. This connector features press-in crimp contacts that are not removable after insertion, providing secure and reliable electrical connections. The housing is constructed from PBT GF (polybutylene terephthalate glass-filled) material with FKM sealing parts and PA 46 GF coupling nut, ensuring durability and chemical resistance. The connector supports copper alloy contacts with gold, silver, or tin plating options, and is rated for high current applications with derating curves available for different wire gauges. The flange design enables panel mounting with a standard panel cutout of ø23 mm, and the connector is supplied in packaging units of 100 pieces, making it suitable for industrial, aerospace, and high-reliability applications requiring robust power distribution.
