DESCRIPTION
APD-1BS19S is a 19-way circular connector plug conforming to ISO 15170 standard, designed for harsh industrial and automotive applications. The connector features IP 69K sealing (DIN EN 60529), copper alloy contacts with gold, silver, or tin plating, and a PBT GF housing with FKM sealing parts and PA 46 GF coupling nut. It demonstrates excellent environmental resistance with salt spray durability of 96 hours at 35°C, industrial climate resistance to SO2 at 0.67%, and compatibility with brake fluid, ATF, and fuel. The connector exhibits high vibration resistance rated at 300 m/s² sine wave for 3 × 100 hours at both room temperature and 120°C. This connector is ideal for automotive, industrial instrumentation, and aerospace applications requiring reliable multi-pin connections in demanding environments with fluid exposure and mechanical stress.
