DESCRIPTION
The DAM-7W2P-K87 is a Combo D Series D-Subminiature connector offering mixed layouts with a 7W2 contact arrangement (5 contacts size 20 and 2 empty size 8 cavities). This connector supports wire gauges from AWG 8-26 and is rated for a maximum signal current of 7.5 A with a contact resistance of 10 mO maximum. It features a dielectric withstanding voltage of 500 VAC at sea level and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with a rated mating cycle life of 50 cycles. The connector is designed for industrial and aerospace applications requiring robust interconnection with mixed signal and power configurations, offering excellent reliability through salt spray testing (20 hours) and consistent electrical performance.
