DESCRIPTION
The DBMG-25S-J-A197 is a high-reliability D-Sub connector featuring 25 contacts in size 20 configuration with socket gender and right-angle solder contact termination. This connector is designed for robust performance with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000 VAC at sea level, a maximum current rating of 7.5 A per contact, and a contact resistance of 7.5 milli Ohm maximum. The connector operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and supports wire gauges from AWG 20-28, with a rated lifespan of 200 mating cycles. The shell is constructed from steel with pure tin over nickel finish, while the insulator is made from thermoplastic PCT material (UL 94V-0 rated) in black, and contacts are copper alloy with gold flash plating over nickel. This connector is ideal for industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and military applications where high reliability and environmental durability are essential.
