DESCRIPTION

The DCMM-37P-L is a high-reliability D-Sub connector featuring 37 contacts (size 20) designed for demanding industrial and aerospace applications. It supports wire gauges from AWG 20-28 and is rated for a maximum current of 7.5 A with a contact resistance of 7.5 milli Ohm maximum, ensuring reliable signal transmission. The connector operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and withstands 1000 VAC dielectric voltage at sea level, with a proven mating cycle life of 500 cycles. The steel shell with yellow chromate over zinc finish and thermoplastic insulator (PCT UL 94V-0) provide excellent corrosion resistance and durability, making it ideal for military, aerospace, and industrial control systems where high reliability and environmental resistance are critical.
