M83513/04-B04C is a Micro D metal shell receptacle connector featuring 15 crimp contacts with 0.050 inch spacing, designed for demanding aerospace and industrial applications. The connector utilizes gold-plated copper alloy contacts with a maximum contact resistance of 8 milliohms, an aluminum shell with cadmium/yellow chromate finish over nickel, and an LCP insulator for superior durability and environmental resistance. It supports a maximum current rating of 3 A and dielectric withstanding voltage of 600 VAC at sea level, with insulator resistance exceeding 5000 megohms minimum. The assembly includes 36 inches of #26 AWG wire per MIL-W-22759/11-26, color-coded per MIL-STD-681 System 1 with 10 colors repeating.
