DESCRIPTION
The 11046 is a compact, lightweight wire stripper and cutter designed for precision stripping and cutting of stranded electrical wire. It features hardened steel construction with precision-ground stripping holes calibrated for 16–26 AWG stranded wire (1.0–0.14 mm²), a narrow nose that fits into tight spaces, and spring-loaded self-opening action for efficient operation. The tool includes easy-to-read wire gauge markings on both sides for stripping in either direction, a black-oxide finish for corrosion resistance, and color-coded red handles indicating suitability for stranded wire with textured grip for comfort and control. Additional features include wire looping and bending holes, making it ideal for electrical assembly, maintenance, and repair work where precision wire preparation is required.
