DESCRIPTION
The 8552TZQE2 is a subminiature pushbutton switch from the 8500 Series, designed as a single-pole single-throw (SPST) off-momentary switch with a 3 AMP contact rating at 120 V AC or 28 V DC. It features a 15/32 bushing actuator with a total travel of 0.050 inches (1.27 mm) typical and an actuation force of 6 oz (170 g) typical. The switch incorporates silver contact material with a contact resistance below 30 mO typical at 2-4 V DC and 100 mA, along with an epoxy terminal seal for enhanced reliability. Operating over a temperature range of -30°C to 65°C with an insulation resistance of 10? O minimum and dielectric strength of 1,000 Vrms minimum, this switch is RoHS compliant and suitable for detection, telecommunications, networking equipment, and computer peripherals applications.
