DESCRIPTION

The ELUMEETHQ2C12 is a right-angle illuminated latching pushbutton switch from the ELUM™ Series, featuring SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) contact configuration with both normally open and normally closed terminals. This switch combines reliable self-cleaning silver-plated contacts with a glass-filled LCP base and nylon actuator, offering low height above PCB and smooth operation with a 2.5 N operating force and 5.1 mm full travel distance. It operates across a wide voltage range of 20 mV to 50 VDC with maximum power rating of 3.5 VA, contact resistance of =50 mO, and insulation resistance of =10? O, ensuring dependable electrical performance. The switch is rated for 30,000 operating cycles and withstands mechanical shock and vibration per EIA 186-E standards, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 80°C. Typical applications include telecom network equipment, automotive electronics, consumer electronics, computer systems, and professional instrumentation where reliable latching control with visual feedback is required.
