DESCRIPTION
EP11SD1V3BE is a sealed tiny pushbutton switch featuring a vertical mount V-bracket termination designed for reliable operation in harsh environments. The switch employs an SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) configuration with gold contact material and gold matte-tin terminal plating, rated for 0.4 VA maximum at 20 V AC or DC. It is sealed against solder and cleaning processes with an epoxy seal, offers an electrical life of 60,000 make-and-break cycles at full load, and maintains contact resistance below 20 mO typical at 2–4 V DC with 100 mA. The switch operates over a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and provides IP57 degree of protection. Common applications include telecommunications and networking equipment, computers and peripherals, and instrumentation and controls where sealed, reliable switching is essential.
