DESCRIPTION
GT11MAVBE is a sealed ultraminiature SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) toggle switch with vertical actuation designed for compact electronic applications. The switch features a sealed design that protects against solder and cleaning process contaminants, making it ideal for harsh manufacturing environments. It is constructed with glass-filled nylon 4/6 housing and actuator (UL 94V-0 flame retardant), copper alloy contacts with gold plating over nickel, and gold-plated terminals, ensuring reliable electrical performance and corrosion resistance. The switch operates over a temperature range of -30°C to 85°C with a contact rating of 0.4 VA maximum at 20 V AC or DC, contact resistance below 50 mO, and mechanical life of 40,000 make-and-break cycles at full load. GT11MAVBE is commonly used in hand-held telecommunications equipment and small instrumentation devices where space constraints and environmental sealing are critical requirements.
