DESCRIPTION

GT12MABE is a sealed ultraminiature single-pole single-throw (SPST) toggle switch designed for compact, high-reliability applications requiring protection against solder and cleaning process contaminants. The switch features a glass-filled nylon 4/6 actuator with flame-retardant and heat-stabilized materials (UL 94V-0), brass tin-plated switch support, and gold-plated copper alloy contacts for superior electrical performance and durability. It offers a contact rating of 0.4 VA maximum at 20 V AC or DC, contact resistance below 50 mO typical, mechanical and electrical life of 40,000 make-and-break cycles at full load, and operates reliably over a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. The GT12MABE is ideal for hand-held telecommunications equipment and small instrumentation where space constraints and environmental sealing are critical requirements.
