DESCRIPTION
DS-080-CPA is a detect switch designed to sense mechanical movement in various applications. It features a SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) contact arrangement with a contact rating of 100 mA at 30 VDC, operating force of 30 ± 20 gf, and an over travel of 2.0 ± 0.40 mm. The switch has an operating life of 20,000 cycles and maintains an initial contact resistance of 200 mO maximum with an insulation resistance of 10 MO minimum at 250 VDC. The device operates reliably across a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and is constructed with POM knob, PA46 cover, PBT slider, PA46 housing, and silver-plated terminals. This switch is ideal for computer peripherals, office equipment, consumer electronics, appliances, and audio-visual equipment where compact design and low actuation force are required.
