DESCRIPTION
PT102SZQ is a sealed power toggle switch featuring an On-None-Off switching function with solder terminals, designed for demanding outdoor and industrial applications. The switch is rated for 15A at 277VAC (50/60Hz) in maintained mode and 10A at 277VAC in momentary mode, with additional DC ratings up to 25A at 24VDC for resistive loads. It features IP66/IP68 versatile rating to withstand harsh outdoor environments including intense wet weather, wind-blown rain, dust, and dirt, along with superior oil and fuel resistance. The switch incorporates a stainless steel actuator and pivot pin, silicone seal, and silver-plated copper alloy contacts, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and electrical life of 10,000 cycles. UL 61058-1 certification provides global acceptance without additional testing. Common applications include off-road vehicles, construction and agricultural equipment, material handling, and outdoor industrial controls.
