DESCRIPTION
SD02H1SB is a low-profile DIP switch featuring a sealed extended actuator design with surface mount terminals and top tape seal for process-sealed protection during soldering and cleaning. The switch is rated for a carry current of 100 mA at 50 V DC maximum and a switching current range from 0.1 mA at 5 V DC minimum to 100 mA at 25 V DC maximum, with contact resistance below 50 milliohms typical at 2-4 V DC and 100 mA. It offers mechanical and electrical life of 2,000 make-and-break cycles at full load per circuit, with an operating force of 100-700 g initial and dielectric strength of 500 V RMS minimum between adjacent terminals. The switch operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is ideal for address switching in industrial controls, logic switching for computers and peripherals, and function control applications where space-saving and sealed reliability are essential.
