DESCRIPTION
SDA07H1SBD is a low-profile 7-position DIP switch from the SDA Series featuring an extended actuator (H1) and surface mount terminals (SBD configuration) without top tape seal. The switch is designed for space-constrained applications with a compact profile and offers thru-hole and surface mount options. Key electrical specifications include a contact rating of 25 mA @ 24 V DC or 100 mA @ 5 V DC, contact resistance of 50 mO maximum initial, and insulation resistance of 100 MO between terminals. The switch maintains mechanical and electrical life of 1,000 cycles at rated loads with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 300 V DC minimum for 1 minute, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The housing and cover are constructed from PPS (UL94V-0) with gold-plated beryllium copper contacts, making it ideal for address switching in industrial controls, logic switching for computers and peripherals, and function control in numerous applications.
