DESCRIPTION

The 0215.500HXP is a 5×20 mm time-lag ceramic cartridge fuse designed to IEC specifications for supplementary protection in appliances and utilization equipment. It is rated at 0.5 A with a 250 V voltage rating and features a nominal cold resistance of 1.1675 O and a nominal melting point of 0.420 A² sec. The fuse exhibits time-lag characteristics with opening times of 60 minutes minimum at 150% of rated current, 30 minutes maximum at 210%, and 0.75 seconds minimum to 80 seconds maximum at 275% of rated current. It conforms to EN/IEC/K/J 60127-1 and EN/IEC/K/J 60127-2 standards, is RoHS compliant and lead-free, and is recognized by UL/CSA/NMX 248-1 and 248-14. This fuse is commonly used to provide individual circuit protection for internal components in household appliances, industrial equipment, and consumer electronics where reliable overcurrent protection with time-lag characteristics is required.
