DESCRIPTION

The 11BG0910A02460 is a three-pole power contactor designed for AC load switching in industrial automation and energy distribution applications. It features a rated insulation voltage of 690 V with a 6 kV impulse withstand rating, operates across 25–400 Hz frequency range, and delivers 9 A at AC3 (=440 V, =55 °C) with thermal current rating of 20 A. The contactor is powered by a 24 VAC 60 Hz coil with pick-up voltage of 75–115 % Us and drop-out voltage of 20–55 % Us, consuming 30 VA in-rush and 4 VA holding at 60 Hz. It includes one normally open (1 NO) auxiliary contact rated at 10 A thermal current with AC15 operating currents of 3 A @ 230 V, 1.9 A @ 400 V, and 1.4 A @ 500 V. The device operates reliably across -50 °C to +70 °C ambient temperature, achieves 20 million mechanical cycles and 500,000 electrical cycles, and is suitable for motor control, power distribution, and switching applications in industrial environments.
