DESCRIPTION
The SSI-LXR3612ID-150 is a T-3mm (T-1) red LED panel indicator featuring a red diffused lens and 6-inch wire leads for easy integration into control panels and instrumentation. The LED emits at a peak wavelength of 635 nm with an axial intensity of 30 mcd at 10 mA and a viewing angle of 60° (2× theta). It operates with a forward voltage of 2.0 to 2.5 V at 20 mA forward current and a reverse voltage rating of 5.0 V. The device is rated for a peak forward current of 150 mA (pulse, t < 10 µs), steady-state current of 30 mA, and power dissipation of 105 mW at 25 °C, with a derating of -1.6 mW/°C. Operating and storage temperature ranges are -40 °C to +85 °C, and the device can withstand soldering temperatures up to 260 °C. The 26 AWG stranded wire leads (red for anode, black for cathode) are pre-cut to 157 mm with 2 mm and 9.5 mm strip lengths, making it suitable for panel-mount applications in industrial control systems, status indicators, and diagnostic displays.
