DESCRIPTION
The 11AA02E64T-I/TT is a 2 Kbit Serial Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM) organized as 256 x 8-bits. It operates over a wide voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and communicates via a single I/O UNI/O® serial bus at speeds up to 100 kbps. Key features include low-power CMOS technology with a typical active current of 1 mA, a 16-byte page write buffer, and block write protection.
