DESCRIPTION
The Microchip LAN9303 is a 3-port 10/100 managed Ethernet switch in a small-sized QFN package that has an MII / RMII / Turbo MII interface that allows network speeds of up to 200 Mbps. features 3-port complete switches with IEEE 802.1Q VLAN support per port (up to 16 VLAN groups) ESD protection of ± 8 kV / 15 kV per port IGMP v1 / v2 monitoring for multicast packet filtering Network speed of up to 200 Mbps through a Turbo MII interface Optional EEPROM or support for serial management of external CPU through an I2C ™ interface PHY Virtual simplifies software development by minimizing multiple switch ports as a single PHY port Integrated regulators require a single 3.3 V power supply 42 MIB meters per port for efficient network management.
