The SG7805AK-883B is a positive fixed voltage regulator designed to deliver a stable, fixed 5V output. As part of the SG78xxA series, it features an output voltage internally set to within ±1.5% of nominal and can handle an input voltage of up to 50V. This device can supply a load current of up to 1.5A and operates across a wide ambient temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Integrated protective features include thermal shutdown, current limiting, and safe-area control to ensure robust performance. Housed in a hermetically sealed TO-3 metal can package, it is ideal for high-reliability military and aerospace applications requiring a regulated voltage source.
